Astra 19.2° East was once used to broadcast Sky but now broadcasts digital European channels. This satellite has many German programmes available but also shows Dutch, French, Spanish and other channels.
Hotbird 13° East broadcasts over 1000 channels from Europe and the world. Italian channels are the main focus but this satellite also offers all major channels from Poland, France and Greece. Premiership matches are shown on Saturdays as well as league matches from throughout Europe.
Astra 28.2° East broadcasts Sky Digital. Most of the available channels require a Sky digi-box but an FTA satellite receiver can receive a selection of free channels including BBC1 & 2, ITV, News and more.
Turksat 42° East is the main satellite for Turkish channels. There are over 50 channels available, most of them for free.
Hispasat 30° West broadcasts a wide range of Spanish and Portuguese channels.
Nilesat 7° West shows Arabic television featuring many popular channels such as Al Jazeera. Most of these channels are free. Please note that the reception is limited and so Nilesat requires a 1 metre width or more dish.
Arabsat 26° East broadcasts 50 mostly free channels of Arabic television.
