Tom found the problem very quickly & rectified immediately by replacing the part. Switched my aerial to Meridian from London as signal much better. Adjusted wiring in the house in respect of this. Would recommend.

Excellent company but avoid inferior imitations!

This company has always been very efficient in all possible ways. I have had multiple call outs although not in any way the fault of this company, but they have always responded very efficiently despite our extremely problematic reception which is now fine. A word of warning!! If telephoning, make sure you have contacted Reading Aerials and not a similar named company calling themselves Reading Aerials and Satellites. They are not a local company, they are in fact based in Glasgow, and simply masquerade as a local company by using a local name. I made this mistake and have to report that their service is appalling. Their final act was to fail to apply the handbrake on their van which when left unattended, rolled forward and damaged my garage doors! They have never accepted responsibility for this!

Outstanding

Rad explained what the problem was, carried a really heavy ladder into my back garden, replaced the LMB, rewired the set. All done with no problems and lots of explanations to an inquisitive customer. Recommended.

We called Reading Aerial Services after losing television reception. Very impressed with the work carried out by Tom to replace the faulty four-way masthead amplifier with an exterior four-way amplifier. It was particularly lovely that - with no prompting at all - Tom removed his shoes when he came into the house. Had he asked, I would have said he didn't need to!
